BECAUSE WE CARE

At Izabeachwear, we want to give our customers the best shopping experience. That’s why we believe our store policies should be fair, clear, and transparent. Read about them below, and contact us with questions. 

EXCHANGE REQUEST:

  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange

  • The item must be in original condition. It must not have been worn, washed, snagged, stained or damaged in any way.​

  • All tags must be still attached and the hygienic liner must be in place. For hygienic reasons.

  • Exchanges accepted within 15 days of your purchase.

RETURN REQUEST:

  • Returns/refunds are only accepted in case of damaged items, if your items shows any problems within 60 days of your purchase you can request your return.

  

HOW TO FILE YOUR REQUEST:​

To make exchange/return service as easy and efficient as possible, please follow the guidelines below:​

  1. You can contact us through Direct Messages on our Instagram @izabeachwear, email us at izabeachwear@gmail.com or text us at (954) 729-8187.

  2. Please inform us of the reason of exchange/return request, the order number and make sure the items are in original condition.

  3. Please return through your local post office to avoid tax. Any loss or damage in transite are the responsibility of the customer, so be sure to keep a record of your tracking number as a reference

  4. Once we have received the returned package, we will send an email notification and arrange an exchange/refund.
